iPhone screen and battery replacement cost in Kenya

A cracked screen or a tired battery does not always mean a new phone. We do not advertise a repair service ourselves, but it helps to know the likely cost before you decide between a repair and an upgrade.

These are advertised prices from Nairobi repair shop websites, checked on 2 November 2026. They vary widely and some may be out of date, so get a written quote.

iPhone battery replacement prices

• iPhone 11 to 13: roughly KSh 2,800 to 4,500 in the listings we found
• iPhone 14 and 15: some shops list up to about KSh 9,500 to 11,000
• iPhone 17 series: listings ranged from about KSh 6,000 to 9,500

iPhone screen replacement prices

• iPhone 11 and 12: from about KSh 6,500 to 8,000
• iPhone 13 and 14: from about KSh 8,500 to 22,000
• iPhone 15 and newer: from about KSh 15,500 to more than KSh 50,000

Why such a wide range? The part. An original Apple screen and a cheap aftermarket one can look alike but differ in brightness, colour and touch response.

Questions to ask before any repair

• Is the part original, a pull from another iPhone, or aftermarket?
• Will the phone show an "unknown part" message afterwards?
• Will Face ID and True Tone still work?
• How long is the warranty on the repair?
• Is the quoted price final?

Repair or upgrade?
